For nearly two decades, I lived in a body that felt like a battleground. I had achieved success on paper, but I was exhausted, resentful, and rigidly holding on. Life had lost its color. I was running on fumes and trapped in a life and version of myself I didn't like.

Everything changed when I learned to heal through the brain and nervous system by creating safety from the inside out.

That journey led me to complete a Master's degree in Neuroscience at King's College London, followed by certifications in Somatic Trauma Therapy, Mastery Method Coaching, and Neo Emotional Release®. More than credentials, it gave me freedom. The ability to evolve without breaking. To expand without burning out. To build a life I love.
